Description
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessme! nt, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
Collaborates with other professional disciplines to en sure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Responsible for upholding Community Cares standards. Responsible for ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
Graduate RN experience
Certification / Licenses:
Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas in accordance with the Arkansas Nursing Board Practice Act
