Location: Orem Utah

Description: Timpanogos Regional Hospital is looking of RN ER PRN right now, this vacancy will be placed in Utah. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Assist physicians with procedures in the Emergency Department. Provides direct patient care, evaluate! s outcomes, consults with other specialists as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. Ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy. This includes pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and the general patient population.

Qualifications

Current Utah State Registered Nurse license.

Current BLS certification (available after hire).

Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC and CEN certification preferred.

Must obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within 1 year from date of hire and then maintain certifications.

One (1) year of acute/critical care nursing experience preferred.

Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Additional languages preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Proficient in interpreting EKG.
