The strong emphasis on clinical details of cases which provides multiple opportunities to increase clinical knowledge and work with a multi-disciplinary team. Looking for a high energy, experienced clinician with a great attitude. Best candidate will utilize advanced motivational interviewing and clinical skills to engage members in recovery for behavioral health conditions. Able to complete a thorough bio-psycho-social assessment and formulate case goals/plans. Able to telephonically create a therapeutic & monitoring relationship with clients. Displays worki! ng knowledge of psychiatric medications and ability to collabo! rate with psychiatrists and other behavior health providers on behalf of members. Capable of engaging psychosocial wraparound services to promote effective utilization of available resources and optimal, cost-effective outcomes. Strong emphasis on planning and coordinating follow-up care for the members. Able to maintain case records in a timely manner. Utilizes advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

EDUCATION
The minimum level of education required for candidates in this position is a Master's degree or a Nursing/Registered Nurse license.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Mental Health/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Mental Health/Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Mental Health/Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT), Mental Health/Licensed Psychologist, or Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
