Location: Sandy Utah

POSITION SUMMARY The Health Coach Consultant utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status.

Must be a RN with an unrestricted active license and have at least three years working experience in a clinical capacity to be considered.

This is a telephonic position, in an office environment using a computer station. Solid computer skills and comfort using a phone for extended periods of time are necessary for success in this role.

Please Note: HOURS for this position are M-F 12:30 to 9:00 PM MST.

ALSO there is potential to work from home 12 months after starting this position, based on management discretion.

EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN) is required
