Maxim Government Services is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for our client the Utah Division of Juvenile Justice Services Mill Creek Youth Center - 790 West 12th Street, Ogden, UT 84404. Shifts are 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, including holidays for approximately 12-24 hours/week. Duties:Perform individual medical assessments within one hour of a resident\\\'s admission using the Initial Health Screen form.Identify communicable disease(s) and make appropriate referrals for treatment.Perform daily sick call to provide health care to the residents who need medical treatment.Administer immunizations.Oversee medication management by controlling labeling, securing inventories, maintaining inventories, administering medication, and training staff in proper administration of medications.Have the ability to respond to emergency situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
