To provide clinical support to Territory and District Manager during field sales visits. To aid BAS sales personnel by building strong, working relationships with end users during product in-servicing and clinical education programs. The incumbent will represent Bard Access Systems at trade shows, conventions and in the field.

Summary of Position w! ith General Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position.
1. Collect relevant product usage and performance data for marketing and new product development purposes.
2. Provide routine follow-up support to customers at end-user locations as needed.
3. Develop strong, working relationships with end-users while providing product in-servicing and clinical education.
4. Assist field sales in collection of product data to support team business case and clinical effectiveness of Bardâs products.
5. Educate and inform end-users of clinical effectiveness and technical aspects of BAS products.
6. Assist in the creation and distribution of product educational materials and programs.
7. Support trade shows, educational even! ts and National sales meetings as requested.
8. Assist field sales staff identify sales opportunities and present outcomes of clinical data to end-users.
9. Assist sales personnel by disseminating marketing materials to nurses and other end-users.
10. Incumbent will accompany Sales Representatives on field visits a minimum of day per week.
11. Assist District Managers and inside Sales training staff in training new BAS Territory Managers, Clinical Nurses or other staff as needed.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Extensive Bard product knowledge, including attributes, usage and benefits.
2. Knowledge derived from clinical experience in ICU oncology, radiology, and/or PICC placement.
3. Ability to collect, analyze and present clinical data.
4. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
5. Sound understanding of medical and surgical terminology.
6. Understanding of protocols for key disease states served by BAS produc! ts.
7. Excellent listening and communication skills.
8. Ability! to manage multiple customers and strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently, with minimal guidance and supervision.
10. Ability to prioritize assignments. Strong time management skills.
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft office software.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires an Associates degree or nursing diploma, five years of general clinical experience, including three years experience with specialty nursing related to a BAS product. Position requires the ability to obtain PICC nurse certification. This position also requires demonstrated human relation and communication skills. This position requires the ability to travel up to 70% of the time. Incumbent must have and maintain a valid driverâs license.
The incumbent must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the duties and responsibilities.
