Assistant Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse / Healthcare)

Description: Deseret Health and Rehab at Crosslands is employing Assistant Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse / Healthcare) right now, this career will be placed in Utah. We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to assist with clinical services and leadership within our skilled nursing facility located in Sandy, Utah. The successful candidate will be a licensed nurse with solid long term care experience.

The ADON is responsible for facility nursing management support including maintaining staff coverage, policy compliance, and quality of care. We are searching for a nurse wit! h strong clinical skills for this position.

Respon! sibilities include:
Monitoring staff regulatory compliance to ensure quality care for all residents
Monitoring nursing staff performance and addressing any QA issues
Clinical policy and procedure support
Wound/weight management
Assisting the DON in identifying & resolving nursing department deficiencies
Monitoring implementation of correction plans
Attending rounds when needed
Bowel and Bladder program management

Assistant Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse / Healthcare)

Requirements:
Must have a current license in good standing
Prior long term care management experience is required, preferably 2 years
RN license required
