Job Summary: Under the direction of an RN Case Manager, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing daily living support and basic nursing cares to patients in accordance with the multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary plan of care. Requirements: Must hold a current CNA license Home care, hospice or community health experience preferred Reliable and willing to work on the weekends Committed to delivering quality care Ability to communicate effectively in English Able to independently lift 60 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods of time !
