The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards. Additional Details: Position will be located at Intermountain Medical Center, but will also be expected to float to LDS Hospital

Minimum Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in state of practice

This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An ori! ginal card must be verified prior to start date or the job off! er will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Basic computer skills

One year of licensed RN work experience

Physical Requirements

Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous ED and/or ICU RN work experience
