Description: Intermountain Home Care is currently seeking to employ Nurse Mgr IV - Progressive Care Unit right now, this vacancy will be placed in Utah. The Intermediate Progressive Care Unit Manager at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center serves as a strong leader who ensures the departments under their ! responsibility deliver Extraordinary Care through executing and improving clinical and service initiatives; by effectively creating and improving physician and employee relationships that engage them in achieving the hospital's objectives; through ensuring the hospital is financially strong and operationally efficient; supports and works closely with the Operations Officer in his/her responsibilities to deliver on Intermountain's vision of providing Extraordinary Care.

This position is responsible for providing management and oversight of daily Nursing activities to the Intermediate Progressive Care Unit and the In-patient Dialysis Unit. He/she will work in partnership with Nursing leadership and other facility management and departments to ensure the provision of optimal patient care, attainment of financial goals, and development of leaders.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be ve! rified)

RN License required

Leadership/super! visory experience

2 years clinical experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers

Physical Requirements

Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking

Preferred Qualifications

Previous clinical experience in a critical care setting
