Qualifications

Education: Licensed LPN/LVN Nurse.
Experience: One year nursing experience. IV therapy certification preferred

Licenses/Certificates: Licensed as a LPN/LVN Nurse in state, and current CPR certification. Must complete required departmental competencies to validate competency and maintain competency.
