Description: Intermountain Healthcare is in need of LPN - Employee Service Center right now, this position will be placed in Utah. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a professional caregiver who participates in providing exceptional patient care while under the supervision of an RN or other healthcare provider in an environme! nt of caring and healing. Responsibilities include orienting patients to the patient care setting, assisting with assessments and reporting changes in patient condition, assisting with treatments and procedures, and managing patient medications. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with corporate policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards. The LPN impacts patients’ lives every day and truly makes a difference to those they care for.

Entry Rate: $14.22
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Shift Details: This is a Full time position. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Minimum Requirements

Current and applicable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

Additional Homecare requirements:
Current driver's license

Clean driving record

Ability to link-up to the company on-line database twice a day

Physical Requirements

Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pulling/Pushing, Seeing, Speaking, Standing

Preferred Qualifications

One year previous phlebotomy experience

One year previous experience administrating immunizations.
