Clinic Mgr III - Salt Lake Clinic

Location: Salt Lake City Utah

Description: Intermountain Home Care is in need of Clinic Mgr III - Salt Lake Clinic right now, this job will be placed in Utah. Provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, q! uality assurance and financial management.

The position will provide leadership for all clinic functions in the listed departments. Endocrinology, OB-GYN, Dermatology, ENT and Ophthalmology.

Physical site management responsibility, of FTE's within the departments.

Entry Rate: $23.21
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Shift Details: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Department: Salt Lake Clinic

Minimum Requirements

Three or more years of direct supervisory experience

Four or more years of experience in a medical office setting

Strong computer skills - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills. Demonstrated leadership, personal and professional ethics and an ability to inspire and motivate others

Previous experience developing relationships with physicians !

Physical Requirements

Carrying, Hearing/List! ening, Lifting, Seeing, Speaking

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics, Accounting, or Nursing
