ABOUT THE GROUP: Hospital is a 39-bed acute care Joint Commission Accredited facility that just completed a two-phase construction project in 2004, which included an 18,000 square foot addition. The new addition houses a new Emergency Room with nine individual rooms, including two state-of-the-art trauma rooms. Hospital currently has 34 affiliated physicians.

Specialties include family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, radiology, pathology, orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, urology, OB/GYN, podiatry, ophthalmology and physiatry. ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a Certified PA or NP who is interested in working in a clinic on the hospital campus. This is a permanent position and is to replace the outgoing PA. Duties include but not limited to: Pre-Employment Physicals, Post Accident Physicals, Drug Screens, Educating Business in Preve! nting Work-Related Risks, Creating Wellness Programs, Setting ! up Health Fairs, working with safety officers of companies, managing / marketing of the clinic and helping it get set-up, etc.

Candidate who has occupational or industrial medicine experience preferred. Hours are normally 8-5 with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate health fairs, educational presentations, drug screens, etc. PACKAGE: Employed hospital position with full benefits package, i.e â€" Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K with employer matching, Vacation / PTO Days, Sick Days, etc. PTO is accrued thus they would not have any up front, but would accrues 6.15 hours per bi-weekly pay period (160 hours per year) and they can start using this after 90 days of employment.

Negotiable Salary based on MGMA median. No relocation or sign on bonus is available with this position. There will be no contract to sign. Need somebody available ASAP .
