The Member Services team is the primary point of contact for HSA Member inquiries regarding the administration of their Health Savings Accounts. They work to build trust and rapport with our valued members by providing vital solutions to healthcare spending. Their goal is to help our members understand and manage the financial side of healthcare by providing personal and relevant information, professional guidance, and introducing them to our intuitive tools. This group takes the lead in providing a delightful experience for every person who contac! ts HealthEquity via phone, email, and fax or in person. They o! perate with an entrepreneurial spirit and are dedicated to operational excellence, team member development and redefining possibilities.
Duties:
Perceive beyond the obvious; possess critical thinking skills enabling you to ask members the right questions to identify opportunities for providing information and tools helping them to make better decisions about their healthcare dollars.
Influence and persuade members to change their behavior regarding their health care.
Exhibit passion for delivering superior advisory services by going above and beyond; doing whatever it takes to ensure each member contact is a positive, enjoyable experience.
Build member loyalty by delivering excellent follow through and follow up to our members.

Strong ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and profici! ency in all aspects of account maintenance.
Bachelorâs degre! e and/or 4 + years related experience.
Highly motivated with the ability to work as a team player and also as an individual contributor.
Able to acquire the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively solve customerâs issues
Understanding of health care/insurance/nursing beneficial.
Training and/or sales experience a plus.
Previous experience working in banking or a financial institution is an asset.
