Health Information Management Specialist

Location: Provo ! Utah

Description: Intermountain Home Care is at present looking to employ Health Information Management Specialist right now, this career will be placed in Utah. This position is responsible for performing tasks that support complete, accurate and timely health information for use by patients, healthcare providers, and management and government/regulatory agencies. This position reports to the Health Information Manager. Internal contacts include physicians, nurses, and other hospital staff. External contacts including but not limited to: patients, healthcare providers, and government agencies.

Entry Rate: $10.62
Shift Details: 25! hours a week

Minimum Requirements

Demonstra! ted excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate orally and in writing

Detail Oriented

Physical Requirements

Hearing/Listening, Manual Dexterity, Seeing, Sitting, Speaking

Preferred Qualifications

HIM experience

Knowledge of medical terminology
