The DVP for the Staff Care Salt Lake City office defines division growth plans and budget including strategic imperatives, action plans to lead, develop and engage and entire business unit including operations in order to achieve financial goals of the division and AMN Healthcare.

Responsibilities:
Strate! gize with division leadership on a weekly basis to evaluate pr! ojections in terms of days filled, specialty mix and average daily rate in order to implement action plans that address fluctuating regional performance and exceed monthly revenue and budge quota.

Forecast financial budgets to team leadership on a weekly basis to report monthly projections in order to identify and communicate strategies to achieve goals.

Interpret and cascade enterprise-wide company goals in terms of operations plans and production expectations for team members in order to communicate and reinforce strategy.

Manage division headcount through ongoing performance evaluations according to competency and top grading standards in order to maximize staff production.

Coach and mentor RVPs on sales management and leadership skills by observing and providing feedback in order to foster development and succession.

Review and approve all client & HP agreements in terms of rate ranges, fees and contract terms in order to det! ermine likelihood of placement and revenue potential as well as legal compliance.

Manage division workforce including: Regional VPs, Regional Directors, Sr. Managers and Consultants.

Experience:
5+ years Sales & Leadership Experience

Knowledge and experience in the Staffing Industry

Bachelor's degree
