Candidates local to Sandy, UT will be office based. Telework is considered for those not local to Sandy.
This is an after hours role which will involve weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Can didates must have open availability to work a second or third shift schedule.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is for a utilization management clinician. The individual will perform utilization management as well as discharge planning activities for members undergoing mental health and chemical dependency treatment.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
One of the following licenses is required: LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or RN. Candidate must be licensed to work independently.
3-5 years of direct clinical practice experience post masters degree is required
Managed care/utilization review experience preferred
Crisis intervention skills preferred
Position requires proficiency with computer skills which includes navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

One of the following is required:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Professional Counselor
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Registered Nurse with behavioral health experience
