Description: Intermountain Home Care is presently looking of RN right now, this job will be placed in Utah. Further informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
Entry Rate: $21.80

Shift Details: PT, 16hrs/wk.
Department: MS 300 Surgical Center - McKay Dee
Minimum Requirements
Current RN License in state of practice.
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthc! are providers.
Ability to communicate effectively bot! h verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills.
Unit specific certification as required (i.e., ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Physical Requirements
Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
