Registered Nurse - Operating Rooms
Location: Murray Utah
Description: Intermountain Healthcare is in need of Registered Nurse - Operating Rooms right now, this position will be placed in Utah. More details about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
Shift Details: This is a full time, 36 hour a week position. No weekends or holidays.
Minimum Requirements
Current RN License in state of practice.
Basic Life Support Cert! ification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
Ability to ! communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years OR scrub or RN circulator experience
