Location: Salt Lake City Utah

The Core Curriculum Instructor will design manage and coordinate the development of a centralized training program for TheraDoc This positions primary objective is to create a worldclass training experience that reinforces TheraDocs brand and positions clients for future success Teach centralized training classes for pharmacy and infection prevention super users Select a centralized training location for TheraDoc classes Develop and execute core training curriculum for pharmacy and infection prevention centralized training classes Design a worldclass learning experience that promotes TheraDocs brand Partner with marketing and engineering teams to update curriculum and training strategy Incorporate TheraDoc eUniversity tutorials into the core training curriculum Identifies and communicates client needs in a clear concise and straightforward manner Document client goals and expectations for software use Collaborate with clients to identify goals and approach for enduser training Participates in training and certifying additional training resources that may include 3rd party contractors Support and manage the TheraDoc eUniversity system including course design course management system configuration and system reports Partner with the engineering and marketing teams to develop video tutorials and elearning solutions Maintains training skills and provides training in accordance with best training practices Provides clinical advice and input for development of new products Coordinates tasks and action items for multiple projects within specified timelines Keeps up with the latest product innovations and target markets and adapts training materials accordingly The ability to travel 40 nationally is required Infection Control Practitioner (CIC preferred) or BA BS or MS in Nursing or BSc in Pharmacy or PharmD or MD
