Registered Nurse Coordinator II - Home Health

Location: Ogden Utah

Description: Intermountain Healthcare is currently seeking to employ Registered Nurse Coordinator II - Home Health right now, this job will be placed in Utah. More complete informations about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. The RN Coordinator provides clinical expertise and leadership to the Ogden Home Health department. You will be Accountable for coordination of department resources to ensure that staffing to census / acuity is appropriate both clinically and financially. As a part of line management, this role will have significant leadership responsibilities, including several of the following: scheduling, maintenance of staff competencies, new employee selection / orientation, constructive discipline, and completion of annual employee performance reviews. The RN Coordinator II supports and enforces unit policies / procedures to ensure safe, efficient and effective patient care.

This position will work 11:30am to 8pm .

Minimum Requirements

Current RN License in state of practice.

A Bachelor’s Degree at an accredited institution is required. Intermountain Healthcare verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.

This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .

Two years of clinical nursing experience.

Experience in Home Health setting.

Leadership and mentoring experience.

Basic computer skills.

Current driver’s license, access to insured and reliable transportation and acceptable driving record to comply with the policies and procedures maintaining insurability of Intermountain Healthcare (less than 75 points within the last 36 month timeframe)

Carrying, Hearing/Listening, Lifting, Manual Dexterity, Pushing/Pulling, Seeing, Speaking, Standing, Walking

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Two years of supervisory experience in a clinical nursing setting
