Nurse
Location: Salt Lake City Utah
Description: ResCare is currently interviewing Nurse right now, this position will be placed in Utah. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. This nursing position requires an Asthma Program Nurse to work with Baltimore City Health Department's Reducing Asthma Disparities Program.
Assignments are 3-4 days/week, part-time, temporary (less than 6 months).
It requires home visits working with children and their parents in Baltimore City.
Some administrative and case management included.
Requirements
RN or LPN with current Maryland Nursing license required with at least 1 year experience.
Current CPR certification required.
Experience with the pediatric population preferred.
Must possess strong organizational skills an! d have ability to travel between sites and provide services at! multiple locations in a workday.
Knowledge about asthma treatment is required.
Patient teaching and home care experience a plus.
