Regional Nurse Consultant

Location: Salt Lake City Utah

We have a new employment opportunity for a strong Corporate Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to assess risk and provide
turnaround services for a long term care company in the western US. Strong regulatory
compliance experience is required.

Salary will fall in the $95,000 to 105,000 range, dependent upon professional experience.

The Regional Compliance Coordinator Specialist will have final responsibility
for;

Compliance Policy & Procedure development

Providing continuous improvement of clinical servic! es

Implementing action plans when necessary

! Ensuring impeccable regulatory compliance in all buildings in the region

Performing mock surveys

Quality assurance including Hipaa compliance

Implementing control systems to ensure accountability of all departments

Action plan development and follow-up

Ensuring clinical excellence, environmental safety, and appropriate medical care

Supervising facility risk management operations

Ensuring that Compliance Program requirements are met

Reviewing external audit reports and taking corrective action pertaining to identified
compliance-related issues including follow up reporting

Requirements

Registered Nurse

Conflict resolution skills

Three years experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Comprehensive knowledge of Long Term Care Medicaid and Medicare regulations and
standards

Extensive expertise skilled nursing regulatory com! pliance

Deep QA experience

Experience conducting mock surveys preferred
