Description: Verisk Health is currently seeking to employ Clinical Investigator I (Rx) right now, this position will be placed in Utah. Complete daily suspect provider reviews by identifying suspect patterns, behaviors, and schemes utilizing both clinical and analytical background.
- Respond to client ! documentation review.
- Assess and respond to client needs.
- Monitor client acceptance rates and assist management in proactively detecting negative deviations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend changes to improve quality and streamline processes.
- Identification and research of new and emerging fraud schemes.
Registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year work experience, bachelor’s degree in an allied health or a related field, or equivalent previous work experience.
Expected Professional Competencies:
Experience analyzing and manipulating healthcare data. Experience with coding or insurance with a general knowledge of medical procedures, medical conditions and illnesses and treatment practices.
Working knowledge of basic software applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database applications, email, etc.), with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects to meet s! cheduled deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal comm! unication skills. Ability to think logically and process sequentially with a high level of detailed accuracy.
Ability to analyze raw data and disseminate results.
