THE POSITION: RN - Registered Nurse / Case Manager Need RN to case manage the team of MSW, all Therapies, CNA for each of their patients they oversee. Need Oasis experience, critical thinking skills.
Will report directly to the referring MD, as well as the Directors of Home Health and Hospice. Need good communication skills, ability to following procedures, and regulations. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Benefits for full-time = Health, Dental and Life insurance. Vacation accrual.
