As an industry leader we are looking for an exceptional Physician Recruiter to develop a pipeline of Physicians for placement in healthcare facilities nationwide! . Effectively coordinate the scheduling of compliant talent with providers as well as support operational excellence of the office. This position requires working as a recruiter/staffing manager within the division and making a standard number of calls per day. Assists physicians in completing applications to the Supplemental Physician network and other processes involving credentialing and licensing. Maintains a continuous source of information and availability of the active base of providers; takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the providers.

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for maintaining and supporting the provider credentialing and referencing process. This position acts as an agent in providing assistance to providers for questions, concerns, career development and retention; maintains a solid relationship with providers. The Physician Recruiter also assists with Quality Assurance functions as it relates to talent and housing arr! angements as needed. This role may be responsible to manage we! ekly payroll of all talent including some A/R duties. Takes appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of healthcare professionals. This position is required to maintain an open line of communication with the candidates and providers and retain flexible schedules in order to service client requests and/or handle issues. Must work well as part of a team in order to effectively place candidates. Hit minimum performance standards per week.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and/or a minimum of 1 years relat! ed experience, preferably in the health care industry is required
!
• Knowledge of principles and procedures for candidate recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits and/or similar or relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Internet Job Boards and internet recruiting
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
• Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members
• Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
• Must show attention to detail
• Must successfully complete on-boarding, including both the coursework and passing the entrance exam to the Succeeding at Supplemen! tal class or be subject to further disciplinary action up to and including termination
