Description: Peoplefirst HomeCare and Hospice is currently seeking to employ Community Liaison - Home Health Sales - Kindred at Home - Layton, UT right now, this occupation will be placed in Utah. This is a high visibility position in which you will network with doctors, nur! ses, case managers and social workers in the local healthcare community to market Kindred’s home health and hospice services in your market, and seek patient referrals.

You will be re

sponsible for managing the referrals and admissions that are generated through your assigned hospitals and territories by representing Kindred with professionalism to referral sources. You will design and manage the marketing strategies for your assigned territories.

You will conduct one on one contact with potential referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current referral sources,

and conduct clinical assessments of patients for admission to service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, Public Relations, Health Care or Business Management program preferred.

Clinical degree and licensure preferred.

3 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience. Sales in healthcare services preferred.

! Strong existing relationships with referral sources in the mar! ket needed.

Track record of success in growing census

Requires valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance.

Strong communication skills.
