Then you are in luck, because ADP AdvancedMD is seeking an aggressive, self-motivated inside sales professional to help us drive new business. The inside sales team deals primarily with 'warm' leads, so there is very little prospecting/cold-calling involved. Someone with experience in sales is what we need in this exciting, fast-paced position. The compensation for this position is salary plus commission, which will depend upon your experience. The commission is paid out based on a percentage of revenue and there is no cap on that commission so put that experience to work and you can benefit accordingly. Job Functions We would expect you to accomplish the following Job Functions with professionalism and enthusiasm Answer prospects' questions regarding product features and benefits. Demonstr! ate AdvancedMD practice management and associated software to ! buying authority on-line. Manage entire sales process from prospecting to closing accounts. Assist client in making product selection based on customer's needs. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Complete client template agreements. Instruct client on-line registration process. Manage client expectations by describing implementation, training and customer support process to customer. Use Net Suite (client relationship management software) to track and follow-up on all prospects, appointments and emails in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Medical office work experience in medical billing, medical transcription, PA or nurse is a real plus. Excellent oral and written communication! skills. Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data. Ability to communicate with sales prospects and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner. Active listening skills essential to gather information, evaluation problems and communicate best software solution. Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise clients with 25 or more providers. Computer and Internet literate. MS Office suite. Motivated and willing to learn technical and sales skills. Self starter, with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency.

Education & Experience

To be successful in this position you will need the following education and experience If you have a Bachelors Degree in business or a related field it would be a huge plus! If you have at least 1-2 years quota carrying experience selling billing service or practice management medical software solutions that is also a huge plus! 5-7 years sales experience.!
