Location: Ogden Utah

Description: Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College is currently interviewing Certified Nursing Assistant right now, this occupation will be placed in Utah. QUALIFICATIONS

1. Should be at least 18 years of ! age.

2. Should be a high school graduate or have GED equivalence.

3. Should become state certified as a home health aide within 6 months of the date of hire.

4. Should be able to read, understand and carry out written and verbal instructions, write simple clinical notes and record messages.

5. Should have the ability to manage his/her time effectively.

6. Shall have transportation and be able and willing to travel to the patient's place of residence. Shall have a current, valid driver's license.

7. Should meet State and Federal guidelines as they pertain to initial competency testing and ongoing training of home health aides. (See “Home Health Aides Training” Policy).

8. Provide social interaction and assurance to the patient and family in accordance to the plan of care.

9. Fill out clinical notes for individual patient records.
