Position Summary:
Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular disease in the CVL specializing in the care of patients undergoing diagnostic heart caths, PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement and radiologic special procedure exams. Provides care to patients, pre-, during, and post- procedure.

Great 13-26 week assignment in beautiful Missouri
3 + Cath Lab team experience REQUIRED. Adherence to professional behavior a must in all interactions with patients, family, staff and physicians.
Performing established nursing procedures for individuals or groups of patients, utilizing age specific guidelines in a peri-operative setting. Competency in sterile technique, procedure instrumentation, and equipment.
Every other weekend and weekly call required. Also required to float into general OR if census and need dictates.
